The Ninth Pocket

Questions and answers

What is an extended-art binder page?

A set of eight printed tiles that fill the pockets around one card in a 9-pocket binder page. The tiles carry one continuous illustration that continues the card's own artwork, so the card looks like the middle of a larger picture.

Is the card included?

No. Every download leaves the center pocket empty for your own card. Cards shown in photos are for demonstration only.

What sizes are the tiles?

Two sizes come with every page: standard 63 × 88 mm for classic 9-pocket pages, and 66 × 94 mm for Vault X side-load binders and other oversized pockets.

Which binders do the pages fit?

Any 9-pocket binder page with standard card-sized pockets, side-load or top-load. For Vault X and other binders with larger pockets, use the 66 × 94 mm tiles included in the same download.

How do I print them?

Print the US Letter or A4 PDF at 100% scale on matte photo paper or cardstock and cut along the tick marks. A print shop or photo lab can print the 300 DPI PNG tiles instead. Full steps are on the How it works page.

What is a michi page?

A michi page fills the eight outer pockets with separate small artworks that share one world, palette and style with the card, instead of one continuous scene. "Michi" is the binder community's name for the style. Michi pages are labeled as such; they do not extend the card's artwork.

Is this official Pokémon merchandise?

No. The pages are original fan artwork sold as printable files. They contain no card scans, logos or licensed assets. The Ninth Pocket is not affiliated with Nintendo, Creatures, GAME FREAK or The Pokémon Company.

Are AI tools used?

Yes. AI-assisted tools are part of the artistic workflow; every scene is directed, curated and hand-finished by the artist. Etsy listings carry the same disclosure.

Can I request a page for a specific card?

Yes. Email zach@theninthpocket.com with the card name, set and number. Full-art and illustration-rare cards work best because their artwork runs to the card edge; standard bordered cards keep the printed frame visible.

What is the refund policy?

The files are a digital download, so sales are final. If something is wrong with the files, message the shop on Etsy and it will be fixed.

Can I resell or share the files?

No. The license is for personal use: print as many copies as you like for your own binders, but do not resell, redistribute or share the files.
